Often times we don't realize that the sense of smell can bring back a really deep and strong memory and past, It’s known as “Odor-evoked autobiographical memory” (And I only knew this and did some research ✍ a minute ago).

“Our sense of smell is the most evocative sense, but it is often overlooked because we rely so much on what we see 👀and what we👂hear ”

The slightest hint of scented suddenly force me to taste the unloving loving 👫memories, and it taste bitter, so bitter makes me bite own tongue. The warm and fuzzy feeling from the past are always 😕confusing, a cloud🌦of past experiences poison my thought🧠about all the beautiful things that ever happened to my life that actually, in reality, my own reality. It was never exist.

It was never exist in the first place 👣. Everything that we experience happens now, in the present, and the only way to taste and experiences the memories of the past is in the present time.

And make the most of present 💓we only had ! 👩🏻‍💻 👩🏻‍💻
And keep doing what the present time gave you!
